DAILY OFFERINGS:

We are a full-retail bakery and have a large selection of items available in store everyday for your last-minute needs.  We feature 12-14 varieties of cupcakes daily which change on a regular basis…..for current selections, please visit our facebook page.   Retail cupcakes range from $2.99-3.95 each *****custom cupcakes start at $3 and go up with décor/flavor selections and must be booked at least 7 days in advance, but we carry a MASSIVE stock daily and our daily selections are always more economical than custom.

We also offer  15-18 cake pop flavors daily $2.50/each or 10% off a dozen or more ****custom start at $3 each and are not subject to bulk discounts.  We have chocolate chip, cutout cookies, Parisian macarons, and chocolate dipped shortbread available daily and they are $1.50-$3 each or 10% off a dozen or more  *****custom cookies start at $3 each and are not subject to bulk discounts.  Poundcake, brownies, baby cakes ($14.50 each), stock cakes (which can per personalized with writing upon purchase) are also available daily and selection/pricing varies (6″ range from $36-39.99 & 8″ range from $38-49.99) ****custom cakes are priced individually and base pricing can be found on our pricing page, for pricing on a specific project, please email or bring a photo and include date and guest count and we can give a custom price.  info@chefsugar.com

We are pleased to offer GLUTEN FREE cupcakes and always have at least 1-2 flavors available as well as creme brulee which is naturally gluten free, $4.95 each.  We do also have a lovely lounge area and offer full barista espresso/coffee services as well as tea service.  Other items including specialty pastries, pies, cheesecake, chocolates etc are available seasonally or by special order.  Feel free to stop by and check out our daily variety of goodies and remember that if you want something specific, please order at least business 7 days in advance…….we TRY to accommodate as many last minute orders as we can, but there are no guarantees that we can fit in any orders placed within 7 days!!!!  All late bookings are subject to a 10% or $10 late booking fee and are subject to availability.

We are a bit unlike most other bakeries in that we offer LOAD of flavor options so that you can custom-create any combo you want and are constantly adding new flavors!

Since we realize that our HUGE menu can be a little overwhelming, we have taken the liberty to create a Signature list of flavors that are popular combinations that will undoubtedly please your palette! The full list of flavors, fillings, and icings is found below the Signature Combinations list and you can mix and match accordingly to combine any options listed….OR if you want something but don’t see it on our list, just ask!! We are happy to accommodate!!

**All cakes can be made in multiple sizes including cupcakes….cupcakes are simply mini cakes baked in a cup!

Icing

Buttercreams:
Classic buttercream (A customer favorite!! We use ALL butter and of course make our icing from scratch), Italian buttercream (contains egg whites), French buttercream (contains egg yolk and is less sweet)
**Flavorings may be added to any buttercream

Other whipped/spreadable icings:
Cream cheese Fudge, Chocolate-sourcream, Ganache

Fondant:
We use a good-quality Vanilla Fondant that has a mild sweetness and a marshmallow-like quality to it! We roll out fondant to 1/8 inch thickness and it goes on top of whatever regular icing you prefer. Fondant is MOSTLY for esthetics and for molding/designing purposes, it also adds stability and ease for traveling purposes.

Fondant has gotten a bad reputation over the years but we believe our fondant is quality and besides, it goes over top of our delicious buttercream, so you get the best of both worlds……the beautiful look of the fondant AND the delicious taste of the buttercream!!
